Please note that we operate by appointment only, with a $50 non-refundable booking fee, and no children under 18 are allowed in the studio. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy
When canceling an appointment, a 48-hour notice is required, otherwise resulting in a charge .
Deposits are non-refundable and can be transferred only once within 8 wks of original appointment (ex. if you reschedule more than once, another deposit will need to be paid)
Same-day cancellations / reschedules and no-show appointments will be charged 100% of that service . ( On a case by case basis)
There is a 15-minute grace period - After 15 mins the appointment will be canceled and charged 100%
All gift cards sales have 1yr expiration date and are non refundable.
